Announcement on the site

It's time. If you haven't been reading what I'm posting, you should at least pay attention to this or you'll end up very confused.
First of all, we'll be going over major changes.
The changes include
*new name/site address
*new skin/banner/etc
*guilds are going to be changed completely (so we can work towards a RP-friendly website)

Some important things to note
*This will not affect Administrator/Moderators/Regular groups
*This will not affect the focus of the site.
*Nothing will be deleted except guilds (which will be changed around and we'll include more details on that)

This is what I'm able to think of at the moment. The forum's name will be changed to Ultrasouls, I believe. I am going to leave this up for 1-2 days so people can take in this information.
Again, if you didn't read this, don't come asking why everything's changed when it happens.
